iCasework is our new Case Management System (CMS) for recording complaints, Freedom of Information (FOIs), Subject Access Requests (SARs), Disclosure Requests, and Member and Councillor Enquiries. It is our single and only system for recording and managing customer feedback.
iCasework launched on 3 July 2017 and Respond, the old system is no longer active.

Overview of System
iCasework allows an unlimited number of users access to the system, which means that the work of responding to enquiries is shared across service teams. Head of Service and any other delegated officers have the ability to manage their allocated cases within the system and observe the deadlines for response. An audit trail is automatically be generated within iCasework to support this process.
